Geostrategy of artificial intelligence: USA-China duel
Artificial intelligence is as old as computing. Around 2005, a revolution occurred: deep learning which recognizes on its own the correlations between different data and draws a blueprint on its own. It suffices to feed the system with data, a lot of data: what is called Big Data. It is in this context that we see the emergence of a new player in this exclusive preserve of leading countries such as the United States, Canada and Great Britain – and that is China. Why China?
